Role: Sr. SFDC Developer | Salesforce Developer | Salesforce Consultant

Duration: 06+ Months

Location: Seattle, WA

Primary Skills:

  • Work with business analysts and users to understand their business processes and requirements.
  • Responsible for the SFDC configurations and customizations needed to deliver the desired solution.
  • Configure working prototypes in a development sandbox if required, and validate and refine prototypes.
  • Clearly communicate project status to key stakeholders throughout the development process.
  • Impact Assessment & App configuration activities.

Secondary Skills:

  • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into a technical design, and to collaborate with business analysts and users to define
  • solutions.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com configurations, Workflows, Assignment rules, custom objects and fields, security settings, Validations Rules, alerts, role/profile/permission sets, queues,views, page layouts, Visual Force (Page,Component and Controllers), Apexclasses, Apex Triggers, Apex batchprocessing, Apex Web services and APIs, Test Coverage classes, SControls.
  • Exposure to the SFDC data model,data architecture, and data management.
  • Knowledge of common data management tools for sfdc.
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the salesforce.com platform coupled with a good understanding of common business processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, users, and senior management.
  • Planning and analytical skills as well as the ability to communicate ideas and plans verbally and in writing.
  • Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts (e.g. API,governor limits, and test coverage) and how they influence design.
  • Strong problem solving skills with a willingness and ability to learn new software features.
  • SFDC development and admin certifications.
  • Working experience on Service Cloud, Community and Lightning.
